“This was an interactive and impressive snapshot into business management. I met and worked alongside some great connections, which led me to a consulting opportunity with a local non-profit. I was newer to Austin and looking to gain exposure to the Austin business community – I’m happy to say that I got it!” – Thu-Hong Nguyen, Recruiting Business Partner, Google

Mentors are hand-selected from Austin’s rank of top executives and entrepreneurs. Mentors are highly skilled, highly knowledgeable masters of their craft and will serve as guiding forces and perspective-shifters throughout the program. Small teams of participants will be assigned to a mentor who will facilitate a group discussion and present a real business case that teams will collaborate to create a solution for throughout the duration of the program. Not only do participants gain insights into the mind of a top Austin professional, but they will also gain a deeper understanding of the executive’s leadership journey and what it takes to excel in a business career in Austin. Mentorship can last long after the Invited MBA program has drawn to a close.

Participants of the Invited MBA program automatically join an expansive, diverse alumni network of professionals from different walks of life. These are peer connections that have the potential to last a lifetime – and can even lead to a new business idea or job opportunity.
